FAQ

Check out the answers to some of my most frequently asked questions below. If there’s something you still need to know or an answer isn’t detailed enough, please get in touch for more information.

  • What if I have traditional Medicare insurance?
Unfortunately, Medicare does not allow you to "opt out" of using insurance for formal Physical Therapy. If you have an acute or chronic injury that is limiting your function, you qualify for formal Physical Therapy. To see Ashley using your Medicare insurance in your home: Contact Solei Rehab at <<<>>> and ask to set up an evaluation with Ashley! To see Ashley using your Medicare insurance in the clinic: Contract Body Tune Physical Therapy (located in Layton, UT) at 801-217-3621 and ask to schedule an evaluation with Ashley! Services such as performance/preventative care and serve/sport analysis are not classified as skilled Physical Therapy under Medicare, and you can receive those services through Kick Ace Physical Therapy.
  • What if I have a Medicare suppliment plaln?
That is no problem. With a supplement plan you can seek self-pay services for Physical Therapy.
  • Do I need a referral from my Dr for any of these services?
No! Utah allows direct access to Physical Therapy. Choose PT first to decrease medical expenses in the long run!
  • What if I want to use my insurance and still have a visit at my home?
Ashley is partnered with Solei Rehab for this exact senario! Please contact Solei Rehab at <<<>>> for more information and to schedule an appointment with Ashley.
